Terms of
Service
These terms govern your use of digitaldolcestudio.com and any engagement with Digital Dolce Studio. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to them.
The studio and services
Digital Dolce provides web design, brand identity, residential network and smart home installation, emergency digital recovery, and videography. The scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement.
Engagements and payment
Project investments begin at the starting figures shown and are tailored to scope. Engagements generally begin with a deposit, which reserves your place and is non-refundable. Remaining balances are due as set out in your proposal.
Your responsibilities
Timely work depends on timely input. You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals promptly, and to ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply.
Timelines
Most projects are completed within two weeks once branding is finalized and content is provided. Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may shift with scope or delayed input.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets such as fonts, stock, or platform features, which remain under their own licenses. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions and scope
Each engagement includes a defined number of revisions. Work beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and investment.
Third-party platforms and disclaimers
Some work is built on or depends on third-party platforms and services; we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or pricing. The site and our deliverables are provided as is, with no warranties beyond those stated in your written agreement.
Liability and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Dolce is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for it. Either party may end an engagement in writing; you remain responsible for work completed and costs incurred up to that point, and deposits are non-refundable.
